We are a fresh, forward thinking, enthusiastic Estate Agency based in Central London, specialising in Sales, Lettings and Property Management.
Formed in 2008 by our two directors Pete Moore & Ed Mitchell, who, with a combined experience of over 10 years working within the London residential property industry, decided to go it alone...
Their mission - to create and develop a new organisation which would break the mould; one built upon trust, integrity and a good reputation.
What is our aim?
To provide a complete solution to Landlords and Vendors, regardless of the size of their property portfolio, which delivers beyond all expectations and ensures our Clients remain with us for years to come.
We value our Clients highly and are always seeking to develop long-term relationships wherever possible. This has been proven to date by the large volume of referral business we receive, which we believe says a lot about the service we provide.
Our Staff
Without a shadow of a doubt our staff are the key to our success. The sales industry cliche of ‘high staff turnover’ does not apply to us!
From the very outset, when new recruits join us they are made to feel welcome and part of the team. Yes we want to promote a healthy level of competition between our employees, but our emphasis is firmly on training, developing & nurturing our staff so that they grow with the company and learn to put their individual skills to the best of use.
We’re firm believers in professional regulation and as such are members of the Ombudsman Scheme (OEA), the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) and the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) Code of Practice.
Our goal is always to promote from within & a high emphasis on career progression coupled together with a fun working environment ensure that our staff remain happy and secure in their roles.

Furthermore our Property Management team are based ‘in-house’ at our Holborn office; we have not gone down the easy route of outsourcing this department, as so many other companies have chosen to do. We recognise the need for you to have an individual at the end of the phone who can handle your requirements in a professional manner and when you instruct your property with us you’ll have a designated consultant with a direct line, individual email and mobile number at your disposal. In addition, should you wish, you’ll have direct access to one of the directors of the company – how many other firms can offer you this?!
